Our Process.

Our project management process is unique, managed by a Certified Project Manager, and tailored to the time frame and budget of the client. All code and design are 100% American-made by talented in-house designers, developers and innovators. Satisfaction is our #1 priority. All information obtained is confidential and key technical requirements are provided and documented.

Storyboard

To begin, we solidify the project requirements, client expectations and map out the delivery schedule. Our in-house psychologist analyzes the motivations of the end user (customer, student, business personnel) and recommends strategies for ultimate engagement. We define each deliverable with descriptions, deadlines and milestones to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Development

Continuous improvement and iteration are the building blocks to a successful development phase. After the storyboard is solidified, we begin coding the software and system requirements. We design all of the project assets in-house, which include 3D models, 3D environments, animations, graphics, algorithms, and written content.

Testing

Following the development phase, we identify a strategy to gain user feedback in a controlled pilot study. It's designed to validate the value proposition of the project like higher conversion, better promotion, or more effective learning. Pilot users can remit feedback in a controlled and autonomous way. We obtain the pilot data, develop trends and present the results to stakeholders for strategic assessment.

  • Contingency Planning

  • Pilot Study

Deployment

We wrap the project up by providing a Maintenance Management Plan, describing the deployment risks, contingency and corrective measures for the software. Next, we identify a deployment strategy, focusing on internal or external software deployment. An internal deployment refers to integrating the software with an existing process or function within an organization or company.
